Oscillating rotor mill - is designed for gentle grinding of
materials with limited formation of fine dust particles. Customers for
these systems are producers in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical
industries. The material to be ground can be conveyed mechanically or
pneumatically into the mill. This device can also be used to advantage
for braking and crushing agglomerates or destroying lumps. The advantage
of this plant is the gentle and uniform grinding of coarser grains. The
working principle is an oscillating or rotating rotor, consisting of six
blades, which surrounds the material around a U-shaped stator made of
wire mesh with selectable mesh size, as required by the final grain
size. The shredded material is passed through the wire screen into a
collection vessel or transport system. The system can be disassembled
quickly and can be easily cleaned and maintained. The complete system is
made of stainless steel AISI 316. Surfaces in contact with product
polished to a fineness of Ra <0.4 μm. Outer surface on Ra <0.8 μm. Also
available in explosion-proof ATEX version. |

Universal mill - ideal for milling and grinding various
materials. Each grinding process can be adapted to the requirements of
the material to be ground and to the desired grain size of the product.
This mill can be equipped with different grinding tools and different
grinders that can be easily replaced. It can be supplied as a pin mill
as a hammer or cross mill with or without embedded sieve. Delivery in
normal or stainless steel is possible. It is also suitable for grinding
materials with high hardness from coarser to very fine grains. The mill
is quick and easy to disassemble and can be easily cleaned and
maintained. It is robust, reliable and low maintenance. Also available

Two-rotor pin mill - The unic principle of the pin mill is the
sieveless impact milling. The miled material bounces on the pins at very
high speed and is thereby broken up into smaller particles. Due to the
air turbulence within the pin rows, the particles also collide against
each other. There are no malfunctions or
reduced performance due to clogged sieves. The throughput is much higher
than with grinders. Pin mills are very universal in use. It can be used
for fine milling of different materials. They are also suitable for cold
milling using liquid nitrogen in tough elastic materials. Pin mills are
used in the following industries: food, minerals, plastics, elastomers,
chemicals, pharmaceuticals. Equipped with grooved grinding pins, the GSM
achieves very high fines. This is caused by the larger impact surface,
the higher turbulence and the so-called gap effect of the corrugation.
We also supply the entire crushing plant with all the required
components, if necessary, with Ex protection according to the ATEX
standard or for cold milling with liquid nitrogen. |

High turbulence mill – The basic principle of the high turbulence
mill is a combination of sieve less milling and secondary crushing. The
impact crushing takes place by striking the ground material on rotor
tools and stator segments. The secondary effect is autogenous
comminution (particles versus particles) due to extreme turbulence in
the grinding chamber. This is achieved by several factors. With blow
bars located on top of the rotor, which pre-shred and accelerate the
material to be ground before it enters the grinding gap, cassette
structure of the rotor, conical grinding gap between rotor and stator.
High turbulence mills have a wide range of applications, from the fine
grinding of various soft and medium-hard materials, over coating of

Lump and agglomerate shredder - is a particularly robust shredder that reliably shreds lumps and agglomerates of free flowing materials. An adjustable gap, as well as exchangeable rollers with different profiles, the desired thickness of the resulting material grain can be achieved. The maximum grain size of the processed material is 280 mm and the resulting product is between 0.5 and 15 mm. The machine is made of chrome-nickel stainless steel and is lightresistant, which does not affect the taste or the smell of the processed materials. The machine can be installed directly into the processing line, even when fully loaded. The machine design is GMP compliant and can be cleaned with a CIP system. Can be used up to a pressure of 10 bar and a temperature of 100 ° C. |

They are easy and quick to clean. The roller speed is constantly specified by the gearbox. The funnel with safety grille and the product drawer are made of stainless steel, the rest is painted with lead- and solvent-free epoxy paint.
