MULTIMIX - is a representative of modern equipment
It has typical design
features known from similar devices available on the market and is
complemented by custom enhancements. Modern, ergonomic design with clean
lines to meet strict hygiene standards in the food, cosmetics and
pharmaceutical industries, enabling clean and hygienic operation and
easy cleaning and maintenance. The base of the device is a
conical working container with a hinged lid mounted on a sturdy base.
The lid is tilted by a hydraulically operated arm and clamped to the
container. On the lid are various inlets for metering of raw materials
and a sight glass with light. A scraper agitator, which is driven by a
constant velocity electric motor is centrally located on the lid. The working vessel is mounted
on the frame and can be tilted hydraulically at an angle of 100 ° for
easier emptying. Another emptying system is a hygienic valve at the
bottom of the vessel. The vessel is equipped with a double jacket into
which steam or water is alternately introduced to heat or cool the
processed material. The product temperature is
controlled by a temperature sensor (PT 100) in the working vessel.
Intensive heating can be achieved by direct steam injection through the
valve at the bottom of the vessel. In the middle of the tank bottom is a
high-speed mixer for mixing, homogenizing and emulsifying by
exchangeable blades and adjustable speed up to 3000 rpm. The entire system is made
from AISI 316L stainless steel, the product contacting elements have a
highly polished surface. The system is controlled by a computer with a
USB interface for downloading data for HACCP diagrams with a memory for
100 recipes.

MULTIVACH
It is a modern production
equipment for grinding, homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying by
vacuum or pressure. In a vacuum and pressure resistant mixing vessel are
the components mixed, homogenized and emulsified by passing through a
continuous homogenizer mounted at the bottom of the vessel and coupled
to a circulation tube. The homogenizer allows sucking, pumping and
cleaning of the system with CIP rotary nozzles. Liquids and powder
components are sucked through the homogenizer by means of vacuum into
the device.

to 2000 l.

Industrial vacuum cooker - large capacity vacuum cookers of 1100 and 2300 litres net capacity. These are vertical containers intended for cooking, evaporating, pasteurising and sterilizing various types of fruit and vegetable fillings and preparations, marmalades, jams, ajvar. The devices work fully automatically with PLC control with the possibility to enter recipes, process parameters and to measure temperature, pressure and dry matter. The systems are completely made of stainless steel AISI 316L and are equipped with filling and emptying openings as well as points for sterile addition of micro components. Homogeneous and gentle mixing is provided by a planetary mixing system with scraper to prevent caking of the material on the inner wall of the container. Possibility of aseptic emptying by sterile compressed air or nitrogen is also possible. Enoop supplies complete lines for technological processes, including pipes, valves, pumps and other components. The system can be equipped with a Standard bin lifting and tipping device for easy filling. To the plant a vacuum pump and a condensator can be delivered. The connection to a central vacuum supply on site is also possible. A horizontal cooker / cooler can complement the system meaningfully. |
